One View’s software solutions streamline document management processes and improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.  This integration captures sensitive consumer information including credit reports and required compliance documentation through a secure integration for long-term secure storage, helping dealers maintain strict compliance with the 2022 Safeguards Rule by securely protecting customer data.

The integration provides mutual clients a direct integration to capture all documents from the 700Credit platform into the One View Vault document repository without the need to redundantly print and scan, helping minimize error and keep consistent long-term document retention. Additional documents may be added to the One View Vault portal by leveraging the vault web-scan function or file upload tool.
