With our program, we receive a direct feed from the courts, which includes fresh filed or discharged customers daily (Mon-Fri). For example, any discharged Chapter 7 or 13 and Filed Chapter 7 that happens today, we will phone append, and email append those customers and send them to the dealers CRM as a Daily BK lead. Only the leads we are able to append will be sent to the CRM so dealers can call or email the prospect in advance if they choose to.

Other aspects of the program include:

• First class letter with a handwritten font and live stamp on the envelope.
• Choice of letter format:
  • Standard letter with a printed credit card.
  • Standard letter with a prequal QR code for the customer to scan to get prequalified. This is completed from the customer’s cell phone, creating a hot response and sends prequalification information directly to dealer.
  • NOTE: This feature generates the highest response rates with bankruptcy customers.
• Live US-based BDC to answer all responses to the campaign, verify the consumer information and send the lead to the enrolled dealer CRM.
  • Consumer can also go online to activate the offer.
• Daily BK gives you this data 6-7 days before anyone else receives it.
• A letter is sent out to the consumer before any other dealer is even aware of the opportunity.
• Each territory is exclusive to the dealer who signs up for it. We will not share the same name with any other dealer in the same zip code and radius.
