The Notice of Consumer Consent is an important document that dealers can provide to the consumer when a consumer questions providing online consent to the dealer for access to their credit file.
Dealers are required to retain credit report authorization access for 5 years. This letter is automatically generated and stored in the 700Dealer platform, allowing your dealership to provide proof of consent if a consumer should file a dispute or call your dealership.
